The battery to the Hummer ev SUV had died even though there was 40+% on the main batteries. Come to find out, the 12v battery died and left the vehicle inoperable. The dealership provided a new battery upon my request to install. After 30+ minutes, the battery was installed and the vehicle able to drive. The battery was needed since the door would not shut based on no power so the window did not drop (bigger issue explained below). However, there is an underlying issue on why the battery died and it was scheduled with service. The Hummer was left on a Monday and sat at the dealership for several days before service could look at it. Explanation provided to me was “there was another vehicle waiting for over 2 months”. I asked to speak with the GM and he said he was discussing the issue already with the owner who was at the dealership. I asked for his attendance as well. During my conversation with the owner, he mentioned it was a part that held the vehicle from being repaired. I discussed a previous MAJOR Service related issue with him that he was well aware of, but all he wanted to do was dismiss me by standing up during our conversation. Currently the vehicle still has an unresolved issue with the window not going down upon opening the door. Without knowing the battery had died, I attempted to shut the door and it would not shut (due to the window staying in the “up” position). Hence the urgency of needing a battery to shut the door. Leaving the unresolved issue of a chip where the window hit the frame of the Hummer. I have emailed, stopped in and texted this concern with no follow-up.

Had appointment for first oil change and transmission service. I was notified when picking up the vehicle that transmission service was not done due to vehicle mileage. The lack of transmission service was contrary to what the dealership and Chevrolet had communicated in the past. Very disappointed in Chevrolet for changing the guidelines. The dealership acted as if they were unaware that Chevrolet had changed policy. I will not be puchasing from Chevrolet again.

Dewayne from the service department was AMAZING!!!! We have been fighting with Rincon Chevrolet about my daughters car for over two months. She is in college in Milledgeville and the car started acting up last Friday. I made one call to Dewayne and he was able to get her car in on Monday and his team fixed her car and it is performing well.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD ABOUT TRYING TO FIX THE PROB BUT AFTER 6 TIMES TRYING THE PROBLEM IS STILL GOING ON. WANT TO JUST TRADE THE CAR AN HOPE TO START OVER FRESH. CAR IS ONLY 7 MO OLD WITH 15 K MILES PRETTY SURE THE LEMON LAW IS COMING IN TO PLAY VERY SOON.

Service was all right and courteous, but issue was not solved. It was frustrating that a possible update on Chevrolet system caused an issue that was not there before and that a solution was not available. The item in question is the ability to connect via Android Auto to the car. I had it before in the same car and suddenly it stopped working. I do use it for been able to properly/safely attend to meetings, calls and messages while driving - and I also use it for displaying the navigation system in the car monitor. Not having it anymore is being a real problem for me.

Carl was wonderful. He helped me out tremendously. He was able to squeeze us in for an appt to change our fuel filter so we could go out of town the next day. He also made sure I knew about my rewards points to help me out with my service. Customer service was great. In and out within an hour. The technician did an awesome job, and my vehicle was nice and clean.
